What's a typical day as a Recruiter? You'll be:
• Actively influencing and advising hiring managers by applying organizational knowledge and labor market expertise to staffing decisions.
• Utilizing advanced sourcing skills to identify and attract diverse talent for open roles.
• Conducting initial candidate interviews, providing a positive experience and thorough assessment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting diverse talent.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Are committed to championing diversity and eliminating bias in hiring decisions.
