Location: Grantsville, UT - Hybrid
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Payrate: $25.00 per hour
Our In House Temporary - High Volume Manufacturing Recruiter is accountable for:
- Full cycle recruiting for Kelly clients.
- Recruiting for high volume Manufacturing and Production openings.
- Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process.
- Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.
- Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.
Essential Skills:
- Must have recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Production business function.
- Must have experience in high volume recruiting.
- Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent.
- Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
This position is an house temporary contract. It is hybrid and required to be onsite for job fairs, community events, and networking with local schools.
