Job Title: Recruiter Assistant
Pay rate: $25/HR

Job Overview:
The Recruiter Assistant guides hiring managers and HR representatives through the recruiting process, ensuring all practices align with organizational policies and best practices. The role involves clarifying and resolving recruiting questions, developing trusted relationships with all stakeholders, and supporting an Agile recruiting team across a variety of hiring needs, including volume, seasonal, and college recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide hiring managers and HR representatives through every step of the recruiting process, ensuring compliance with organizational best practices and policies.
  • Serve as a liaison to clarify and resolve recruiting issues or concerns.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and employees involved in hiring.
  • Meet with business leaders to understand department culture and hiring needs.
  • Support high-volume and cross-functional recruiting, including rotations in Seasonal Hiring and College Recruiting programs.
  • Prepare recruiting timelines and coordinate activities to keep the hiring process efficient and on schedule.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by reflecting company values in all recruiting activities.
  • Coordinate Recruiting Strategy Sessions with senior recruiters and business leaders to clarify role requirements and set expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Compensation to finalize job descriptions and publish well-formatted job postings.
  • Proactively source candidates via networking, referrals, social media, online platforms, and ATS.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide regular candidate status updates to relevant parties.
  • Develop networks of key talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage applicant flow and source qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain high-touch communication with candidates, providing clear updates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Review resumes to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support the interview evaluation process.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including travel arrangements and preparation of interview materials.
  • Conduct detailed screening of work history and education.
  • Facilitate post-interview debrief sessions, guide structured candidate evaluations, and synthesize feedback for hiring decisions.
  • Oversee candidate feedback and ensure prompt, aligned communication.
  • Use insights from debrief sessions to inform and improve future recruitment strategies.
  • Work with hiring managers, HR, and Compensation to finalize employment offers.
  • Create and process accurate offer letters with agreed terms.
  • Coordinate onboarding, ensuring timely completion of new hire paperwork and pre-employment contingencies.
  • Support College Recruiting and Seasonal Hiring initiatives, including event logistics, database updates, interview scheduling, and communications.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruiting activities simultaneously.
  • Experience using online recruiting resources, ATS, and social media for candidate sourcing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in all work activities.
