Corporate Recruiter (Onsite – Manufacturing) – Hatfield, PA
Hourly Rate: $30–$40 | Full-Time | Maternity Leave Coverage | Onsite: Monday–Friday


Are you a recruiting professional with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities?
We're seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join our client's team in Hatfield, PA for a maternity leave coverage assignment.
This is a full-time, onsite role supporting all aspects of recruiting and talent acquisition across our manufacturing and warehouse operations, with some support for professional roles as well.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative/professional positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards, resume databases, referrals, and local outreach
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Extend job offers and support pre-employment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Represent the company brand positively in all candidate interactions
  • Provide general recruiting support and contribute to special projects as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or light industrial setting
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Hatfield, PA

Position Details:
  • Type: Temporary (maternity leave coverage)
  • Location: Hatfield, PA – 100% onsite
  • Hours: Full-time, standard business hours
  • Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience
