Regeneration Operator (Machine Operator)
Location: Pasadena, TX (Physical Plant)
Pay Range: $20 hr
Shift: Full-Time, 40 hours/week dupont schedule rotating
Role Overviewas a Regeneration Operator. This is a high-impact, light industrial role essential to our plant operations. You will be responsible for the regeneration of filtration resins and the preparation of mobile water treatment equipment to ensure our field units are ready for dispatch with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Resin Regeneration: Operate machinery to regenerate ion exchange resins and other filtration media.

Equipment Preparation: Prep mobile filtration units, ensuring proper resin loading and conducting comprehensive equipment checks.

Chemical Handling: Safely handle chemicals (including NaOH, HCl, and NaCl) as part of the regeneration process.

Logistics & Safety: Oversee chemical vendor offloading to tanks and internal transfers.

Quality Control: Perform rigorous QC checks on mobile units, including the use of test kits, meters, and pumps, prior to dispatch.

Material Handling: Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment throughout the facility.

Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in a plant, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

Technical Skills: Experience with water treatment, filtration systems, or chemical handling is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a light industrial setting, operate heavy machinery (forklift), and handle chemical transfers safely.

Compliance: Must be able to pass a Criminal History background check, Drug Testing, and Employment Verification.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail regarding quality control and a commitment to workplace safety (EHS).
