Pay Rate: $17 per hour

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
- Provide high-quality support through telephonic, chat, email, social media, and US mail channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating unresolved cases as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by using company resources, expertise, and business judgment to meet and exceed expectations.
- Consistently contribute to team productivity and revenue targets by ensuring quality standards are met.
- Foster a positive, courteous customer experience in all interactions to reinforce Luxottica's brand reputation.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High School/ equivalent or Relevant work experience
- Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
- Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
- Customer service orientation
- Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
- Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact
- Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
- Associate degree or higher
- Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position
- Retail store/field experience
