Requirements and Responsibilities for Customer Services Representatives:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must live no more than 1hr. from Richardson, TX!
• 2+yrs of experience providing exceptional customer service
• Experience data entry and with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Phone Etiquette, time management and ability to multitask
