Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temp to Hire
- Location: Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma
- Pay Rate: $17.50 - $20.00 (depending on location)
- Shift: Must start by December 8th or January 5th
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer concerns regarding service quality and terms, striving to accommodate requests for retention.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and e-transactions related to orders, payments, and account services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to process customer orders efficiently.
- Address invoice inquiries, order discrepancies, and customer complaints with professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in databases to maintain account history.
- Issue customer credits and track order shipments diligently.
- Work closely with internal departments and management for effective problem resolution.
- Perform additional duties related to the specialist role as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Detail-oriented with excellent telephone skills.
- Capability to manage confidential information responsibly.
