Job Specifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries related to orders, payments, and account services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to accurately process customer orders.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain records in relevant databases.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Participate in special projects and carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent telephone skills.
