Position: Temporary Sales Operations Coordinator
Start Date: March 17th
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Central or Eastern Time Zone)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Revenue Operations teams with internal initiatives and tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, reception, or customer service, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Salesforce experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Revenue Operations teams with various internal initiatives and tasks.
- Create projects for support services implementations and delivery.
- Collaborate with Engineering Services to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and support.
- Execute support tasks within the Salesforce.com database.
- Procure and process daily order tracking information in Salesforce.
- Generate and maintain purchase orders to facilitate customer order tracking.
- Coordinate communication and administrative duties for internal change management, including scheduling and documentation.
- Support data integrity and reporting analysis for internal and vendor management.
- Create and manage process documentation in line with organizational standards and practices.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of value-added reseller business operations.
- Assist operational management with internal project work.
- Provide backup support for customer-facing and internal platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
