Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join the team as temporary Jewelry Sales Associates for a 12-day period. Join us to help customers find the perfect jewelry pieces while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Location: Jewelry Section Retail in Bentonville Arkansas 
Job Type: Temporary 12-Day Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry items.
• Provide detailed information about jewelry features, benefits, and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing jewelry counter.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Ensure the security of all jewelry items by following proper handling and display procedures.
• Restock and organize jewelry displays as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Remove and store merchandise overnight, then return it to the showcase the following day.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Ability to learn quickly

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.

Hours:

• December 13th - December 23rd: 11am - 8pm
• December 24th (Christmas Eve): 10am - 2pm
• Hours can be flexible among multiple associates 

Application Process:
Please include your full availability during the 12-day position. Availability must be from Friday, December 13th through Tuesday, December 24th.

Special Notes:

• Training will be provided by Unique Designs on the product.
• Sales kicker and/or  completion bonus opportunities to be determined
