What's a typical day as Rooms Division Manager? You'll be:
- Leading and managing the Front Desk and Rooms division to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Overseeing guest relations to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing talented and engaged team members.
- Fostering open communication and collaboration within the Rooms Division and with other hotel departments.
- Preparing and managing the Front Desk and Rooms Division budget, ensuring effective cost control and maximization of revenue opportunities.
- Monitoring service and satisfaction trends, evaluating issues, and implementing improvements.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain and enhance the quality of guest rooms.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Hospitality Management degree (preferred).
- Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in Rooms Division operations within a full-service hotel environment.
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing and developing teams and driving guest satisfaction.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Roomkey).
- Exhibit strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and revenue optimization.
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Are available to accommodate fluctuating business demands.
