Account Manager

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 day work-from-home

Pay: $30-$34 per hour

About the Role

Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to support a growing team within a leading software and services organization. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering solutions that drive customer success and long-term retention.

You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers, serve as their trusted advisor, and work proactively to support renewals, uncover growth opportunities, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and maintain regular communication.
  • Drive renewals and reduce churn through exceptional service and problem-solving.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs.
  • Deliver product knowledge and support adoption of tools and features.
  • Track pipelines, manage customer data, and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Serve as a customer advocate while ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics related to satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
  • Thrives in a competitive, goal-driven, team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
