Job Title: Sales Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $43.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Analyst with strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and cross-functional business partnering. This role is responsible for calculating and managing incentive compensation for a complex, multi-divisional field sales organization. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive collaborator across Sales, Finance, and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculate and process incentive compensation and bonus commissions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Design, develop, and oversee incentive compensation plans across multiple channels and divisions to align with financial and sales goals.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR leadership to ensure compensation plans and payments support broader organizational strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on territory alignment and analyze the impact of changes on quotas and compensation.
- Maintain and enhance systems and processes for tracking, validating, and reporting compensation metrics.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis, including quarterly projections, financial accruals, compensation trends, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales analytics, finance, or business analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data validation, performance tracking, and incentive calculation processes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Sales, HR, and Finance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or compensation systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
