Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 (Base + Commission)

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Inbound Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging prospects, uncovering business needs, and delivering value-based solutions while consistently exceeding sales goals.
You'll work in a collaborative, performance-driven culture that values feedback, continuous improvement, and professional growth—while supporting customers ranging from small businesses to established organizations. What You'll Do
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle inbound sales calls and web chats from new and existing customers
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally
- Demonstrate product value to decision-makers using consultative selling techniques
- Build long-term customer satisfaction and trust
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Document all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to management
- Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards and KPIs
- Stay informed on competitive offerings and positioning strategies
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inbound/outbound sales, account management, business development, or SaaS sales
- Proven success in a high-volume, transactional sales environment
- Strong ability to communicate with and influence decision-makers
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or Technology preferred
