Job Title: Sample Shipping Coordinator
Location: Modesto, CA
Shift: 1st M/Tue 8AM-5PM - Part time
Payrate: $21.00/hr.
 
Job Summary:
The Sample Shipping Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Business Unit Brand Teams by efficiently managing the collection, packaging, and shipping of product samples. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of samples.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Sample Collection & Packaging:

• Work closely with the Product Development Team to gather required product samples.
• Select samples from inventory as needed for shipping requests.

• Shipping & Logistics:

• Utilize Shippo software to generate necessary shipping labels quickly and accurately.
• Package samples using USPS Flat Rate packaging or FedEx for urgent deliveries.
• Deliver packages to the correct shipping locations promptly.

 
Tracking & Documentation:

• Maintain an organized sample request log, updating tracking information upon sample shipment.
• Monitor shipping statuses and resolve any issues related to package delivery.

 
Tools & Equipment:

• Operate the Zebra label printer to produce package labels efficiently.

 
Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using shipping platforms, specifically Shippo.
• Familiarity with USPS and FedEx shipping protocols.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.

 
Additional Requirements:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing shipping documentation.
• Capable of handling multiple requests and prioritizing tasks effectively.
