Scientific Data Entry/Data Coordinator – Spring House, PA
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Scientific Data Entry/Data Coordinator at one of our Global clients in Spring House, PA. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.
This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time. Employees also receive annual performance reviews.

Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift,
Duration: Long term contract
Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our Translational ADME Absorption Distribution Metabolism Excretion Team to support our data management operations. This role will focus on extracting and compiling scientific data from various sources, re-formatting this data into standardized reporting templates, and uploading it into our database systems. Additionally, the candidate will assist in collating experimental data enabling the evaluation of trends in experimental performance. Interaction with Sponsor and Scientists will be a key component of this role.

- The ideal candidate will demonstrate Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and collaborate successfully with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Collaborate with Sponsor and Laboratory Scientists to locate and collate historical in vitro ADME data Excel, Word Documents from multiple sources Share-points, Network drives, and Electronic Lab Notebooks .
- Compile and reformat data into pre-defined reporting templates prior to uploading it to the internal database
- Conduct retrospective analysis and collate experimental data to assess performance trends over time, supporting the review of current acceptance criteria for in vitro ADME assays.
- As needed, support the expansion of this project for scientific data upload beyond in vitro ADME assays.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree A scientific background would be desirable.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. o Guidance would be provided for other software packages as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
