Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Scientific Marketing Consultant and Strategist for direct-hire (permanent) position with one of our partners in St. Louis, MO. If you're passionate about bringing the latest scientific discoveries to life and are ready to take the next step in your career, trust The Experts at Hiring Experts.

Summary: This individual will lead the launch of new services and promote existing offerings. They will collaborate with various teams to drive service success. The role also requires the ability to read and analyze academic research, creating relevant marketing materials based on the information gathered.
 
Position Details:

  • Job Type: Direct-Hire (permanent)
  • Job Structure: hybrid role (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
  • Location: Saint Louis, MO
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Target pay rate: $80k-95k/year
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service life cycles, from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service launch goals and timelines.
  • Create marketing materials and campaigns to drive adoption.
  • Analyze scientific literature and translate findings into relevant marketing content.
  • Support the sales team with training and content.
  • Build customer relationships and analyze new market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at scientific meetings and conferences.
  • Lead customer education initiatives.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field required.
  • 1+ years of industry experience in pharma/biotech; CRO/service background is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Mass spectrometry.
  • Ability to interpret complex scientific publications and generate marketing materials from the information is essential.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or PhD in a relevant science is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools preferred.
  • Marketing/consulting experience in a scientific or biotech context preferred.
