Consistent hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)

Opportunity to work within a shared services accounting environment supporting multiple brands
-
Hands-on involvement in month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support
-
Performing function-based accounting activities including cash and banking, revenue deferrals, legal expenses, marketing, depreciation, selling expenses, and G&A
-
Completing month-end close activities accurately and on time, including journal entries and variance analysis
-
Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and analyzing account balances for accuracy
-
Communicating unreconciled items and resolving discrepancies with appropriate stakeholders
-
Collaborating with accounting, finance, and operations partners across North America and globally
-
Supporting internal and external audits, including quarterly and annual reviews
-
Identifying and implementing process improvements

Assisting with special projects as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-
3+ years of comparable accounting experience
-
Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical skills
-
In-depth understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties

Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word

Ability to work within two SAP systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
-
A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems

Ability to analyze data, evaluate issues, and reach logical conclusions
-
Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships in a team environment
-
MBA and/or Master's degree in Accounting
-
CPA certification
-
ERP experience with SAP and Oracle

Location: Dallas, TX 75234 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT

Must be 18+ years old and able to pass standard screenings
