Payrate: $55.00 - 57.00 per hour
Location: Irvine, CA - Hybrid 2 days in Office
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What's a typical day as a Senior Accounting Analyst? You'll be:
• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, and adjustments while assisting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Monitoring and recording daily cash transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and international funds transfers.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances, providing insights for decision-making.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
• Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Are proficient in MS Excel and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have a detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred:
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and automation tools.
