Salary range: 250,000-275,000/year

Responsibilities
- Spearhead toxicology initiatives with a strong emphasis on small molecule development.
- Craft and evaluate critical documentation for IND and NDA submissions.
- Supervise Contract Research Organizations (CROs), ensuring adherence to compliance standards and maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage project timelines and facilitate regulatory submissions.
- Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT).
- Robust expertise in small molecule toxicology.
- Demonstrated experience with IND and NDA document composition and submissions.
- Extensive proficiency in overseeing CRO operations.
- PhD in a pertinent discipline (Outstanding candidates with DABT certification may be considered without a PhD).
- Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as Neurology, Rare Diseases, Immunology, or Cardiovascular conditions.
- Background in pathology.
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree is highly favored.
- A self-reliant contributor with excellent skills in vendor management.
- Preference is given to professionals from smaller biotech firms with a proven track record in successful NDA submissions.
