Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (training 100% onsite)

Work with a world-class organization in shared services and operations finance

Gain valuable leadership and analytical experience supporting a global supply chain operation

Providing financial leadership, analysis, and insights to support operational (transportation-focused) decision-making

Partnering with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses

Analyzing and controlling transportation costs, identifying drivers, variances, and savings opportunities
-
Preparing management reports highlighting financial risks, opportunities, and recommendations
-
Driving process improvements in freight payment, auditing, and cost allocation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
-
Leading month-end close activities including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
-
Creating and maintaining key KPIs and dashboards to monitor cost performance

Collaborating with procurement and logistics teams on contract compliance and cost optimization initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree and/or CPA preferred)

3–5 years of progressive financial experience

Strong understanding of technical accounting rules and internal controls

Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis

Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments (preferred)

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
