Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to support a global aerospace client. This is a long-term temporary position which is expected to last through 2025 with the possibility of extension into 2026, and is 100% remote. Sound good? Senior Contract Recruiter Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED and 9+ years of recruitment experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruitment experience OR Advanced Degree and 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for salaried professional level roles, ideally within the production/manufacturing operations space; recruiting for some hourly manufacturing roles may also be required
  • Experience using WorkDay or other large enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle/Taleo, iCIMS, SAP, Bullhorn, etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to handle a high req. load in a fast-paced environment while building and maintaining strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners

What's a typical day as a Senior Contract Recruiter? You'll be:
  • Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of permanent salaried professional roles
  • Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, developing effective sourcing strategies, prescreening prospective candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers, participating in interviews with hiring managers, and coordinating logistics for interviews, compensation negotiations, etc.
  • Responsible for managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure it moves forward in a timely manner
  • Representing the company at job fairs and other hiring events as needed
