Senior Operations Officer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid—remote/in-office mix, transitioning to 4 days onsite per week in November
Compensation: $25 per hour

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with personal and business banking clients
• Gather, document, and clarify key client information to support anti-money laundering and fraud prevention activities
• Provide clear, professional communication and deliver solutions over the phone
• Maintain accurate client records and notes for every interaction
• Meet monthly performance and quality metrics through regular call reviews and productivity tracking

What You Bring

• Fully bilingual—fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of contact center or call center experience
• 5–7 years of customer service experience, ideally in banking, accounting, or administrative roles
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Nice to Have

• Experience in anti-money laundering (AML) processes
