Senior Operations Officer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid—remote/in-office mix, transitioning to 4 days onsite per week in November
Compensation: $25 per hour

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with personal and business banking clients
- Gather, document, and clarify key client information to support anti-money laundering and fraud prevention activities
- Provide clear, professional communication and deliver solutions over the phone
- Maintain accurate client records and notes for every interaction
- Meet monthly performance and quality metrics through regular call reviews and productivity tracking
What You Bring
- Fully bilingual—fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of contact center or call center experience
- 5–7 years of customer service experience, ideally in banking, accounting, or administrative roles
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Nice to Have
- Experience in anti-money laundering (AML) processes
