Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and in person, building strong relationships.
• Assess customer needs, gather relevant information, and create work orders in the system.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service status, ensuring a smooth experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
• A high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Strong computer, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to connect electronic service tools to vehicles for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
