Description

Join our dynamic team as a Service Administrator! Located in a fast-paced environment, this full-time position is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in supporting operational and service-related functions. You will play a vital role in processing intake requests, managing procurement activities, generating insightful reports, and contributing to service optimization projects. - Job Type: Full-time
- Duration: 15 months
- Location: Weston, FL - Onsite
- Pay Rate: $23.80 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM  - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process MICS Intake requests and ensure accurate data capture.
- Create and follow up on Purchase Orders to maintain service readiness.
- Generate and distribute ServiceMax Reports for tracking and performance insights.
- Initiate Work Orders (WO) for depot service and repairs.
- Assess and support potential implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) Automation.
- Conduct Trunk Stock Reconciliation by updating inventory data within ServiceMax.
- Research and resolve Construction File Bugs, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ServiceMax, including External ID, Manufacture Date, Installation Date, and more.
- Compile, arrange, and compute service-related data for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare statistical and operational reports.
- Process and code various service documentation and records.
- Maintain organized filing systems and resolve administrative discrepancies.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, service, or operations support roles.
- Proficiency in systems such as ServiceMax, SAP, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong understanding of service workflows, procurement processes, and inventory control.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
