Service Advisor – Diesel/Automotive Industry
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $31.85 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Note: This position includes on-call duties every other week for a full 7-day period

Key Responsibilities

•    Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone
•    Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
•    Assess customer needs, gather key information, and create accurate work orders
•    Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status and progress
•    Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and document technical issues
•    Accurately complete service documentation, including warranty claims and repair logs
•    Escalate complex technical issues when necessary, ensuring timely and thorough resolutions
•    Navigate internal systems and service tools to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Three to five years of experience in a service, repair, or warranty role within the diesel or automotive industry
•    Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities
•    Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of tasks
•    Comfortable using diagnostic applications and navigating multiple software platforms
•    Ability to analyze and process warranty claims accurately
•    Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships
•    Familiarity with electronic service tools and technical escalation processes
