What's a typical day as Technical Training Curriculum Development Lead? You'll be:
• Managing technical training for Ford and Lincoln dealership technicians through various learning environments, ensuring comprehensive training materials are available.
• Conducting front-end analysis to identify new course requirements and maintaining up-to-date training content.
• Coordinating the development and shipment of training aids and resources necessary for effective training sessions at North American Training Centers.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a thorough understanding of vehicle systems and proficiency in using diagnostic tools; several years of experience as an automotive technician is preferred.
• Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
