Service Technician – Water Treatment

As a Service Technician with this site, you'll play a critical role supporting operations and maintenance of advanced water treatment systems at a primary site. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with new technology and are equally at home in a team or operating independently, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
No Travel, onsite roles with great first shift hours!
Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements.
Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
Qualifications:
Wastewater/industrial water treatment experience.
Experience with items like Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, water softener application, or Ion exchange (Any of these terminologies would be great). Waste water experience, boiler water treatment experience, cooling tower/closed loop water experience.
