Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Verifier! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to become the primary point of inspection and verification during receiving and shipping operations.
Position: Shipping and Receiving Verifier
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Description:
As a Verifier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inbound and outbound cargo. Your responsibilities include documenting the condition and count of cargo, ensuring safe handling, and maintaining impeccable records using a handheld RF device.
Responsibilities:
Accurately document cargo counts and conditions
Operate RF scanning devices through WMS
Conduct inventory functions and support warehouse tasks
Uphold exceptional housekeeping standards in your work area
Ensure safe transfer and inspection of company property
Adhere to company rules, policies, and safety regulations
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Proficiency in RF-based WMS systems (Camelot preferred)
At least one year of related equipment experience with clamp attachment in a warehousing & distribution environment
High school diploma or GED required
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, and use hands efficiently
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, seeking assistance when necessary
Work environment may experience loud noise and temperature fluctuations
Schedules:
Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work overtime as required
