Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Verifier

Location: Pooler, GA

Join our energetic team as a Shipping and Receiving Verifier! We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive individual to serve as the key inspector and verification point during our receiving and shipping operations.

Position: Shipping and Receiving Verifier
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
As a Shipping and Receiving Verifier, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Your duties include documenting cargo conditions and counts, guaranteeing safe handling, and maintaining precise records using handheld RF devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document cargo counts and conditions
  • Utilize RF scanning devices in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with warehouse tasks
  • Maintain outstanding housekeeping standards in the work area
  • Ensure the safe transfer and inspection of company assets
  • Comply with company policies and safety regulations

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in RF-based WMS systems; experience with Camelot is preferred
  • Minimum of one year's experience with related equipment in a warehousing distribution setting
  • High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Regular duties include talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, and using hands effectively
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds, seeking help when needed
  • Work environment may have loud noises and varying temperatures

Schedules:

  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to work overtime as required
