Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.40/hour Shift: 2nd Shift Shipping, 2:45pm-12:00am Mon-Thursday, Friday 2:45pm-6:45pm Why you should apply to be Shipping Associate:

What's a typical day as Shipping Associate? You'll be:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and checking for damage in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Unloading products from trucks, staging, organizing, and storing materials in designated areas, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring all orders are accurate, complete, and properly labeled
  • Performing SAP transactions to record inventory movements and preparing reports on inventory levels and shortages
  • Keeping warehouse areas organized, clean, and hazard-free, adhering to safety protocols and 6S standards
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet schedules and assist in training new employees
  • Proactively contributing to workplace safety, reporting hazards or incidents, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bring previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Are able to proficiently perform duties after receiving training
  • Possess proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (required)
  • Have the ability to read and interpret technical documents and inventory records
  • Communicate effectively with team members and have basic computer skills for documentation
