What's a typical day as a Solution Center Support Specialist? You'll be:
• Serving as the first point of contact in the Solution Center, handling all inquiries and answering incoming calls to the customer service 800 number
• Creating Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for all calls received and providing guidance and interpretation of related items
• Performing transactions, duties, and tasks for Solution Center/HR business areas such as reviewing and approving tuition reimbursement payments and completing medical verifications and court orders, file uploads, and audits
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Are able to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks at once
• Have a strong customer service orientation
• Have software proficiency in the Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Are able to initiate appropriate action independently and exercise judgment
• Can maintain a high level of confidentiality of information
• Are fluent in Spanish and English for speaking, reading, and writing (preferred)
• Have experience working with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, or in a Help Desk function (preferred)
