Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30-34 per hour based on experience.

What's a typical day as a Sourcing Specialist? You'll be:
• Researching and identifying potential leads using online databases, social platforms, CRM tools, and other sourcing channels.
• Building and maintaining accurate lead lists aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, company size, role, and buying intent.
• Conducting outbound sourcing activities including email research, LinkedIn sourcing, Indeed sourcing, and data enrichment.
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and targets.
• Maintaining and updating CRM systems with clean, organized, and up-to-date lead information.
• Tracking sourcing metrics such as lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
• Staying current with sourcing tools, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Providing market research on competition and tracking competitive data throughout the year.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Bring 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sourcing, sales support, or market research, with a preference for sourcing sales candidates.
• Possess strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Have experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Phenom is a plus) and lead generation tools.
• Are proficient with LinkedIn and data sourcing tools.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
