Kelly® is seeking a talented Spare Parts Coordinator for our top client in Sabine Pass, Texas. This pivotal role ensures the efficient management and optimization of spare parts inventory, supporting the reliability and operation of the LNG facility. Location: Sabine Pass, TX
Pay Rate: $45/hour (DOE)
Contract: 1-Year (With possibility of extension)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and equipment part lists in SAP.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain spare parts availability and accurate inventory.
- Identify and address obsolete or surplus inventory, recommend disposition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Support material lifecycle management and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and technicians on best practices for material management.
- Implement digital tools and standardized data processes.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree, relevant technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 5–7 years' experience in spare parts or inventory management; LNG or related industry experience preferred.
- Proficient with SAP (CMMS/S4 Hana) and understanding of maintenance processes and equipment.
- Experience with technical documentation (schematics, blueprints, P&IDs).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- TWIC card in good standing and valid driver's license required.
