Spécialiste à l'inventaire – Industrie des pièces industrielles

Salaire : Entre 27,00 $ et 30,00 $/heure
Horaire : De 8 h 00 à 17 h 00 (lundi au vendredi)
Lieu : Entreprise accessible en transport en commun

Nous recrutons pour notre client , une entreprise bien établie dans le domaine industriel des pièces mécaniques , nous recherchons lun(e) Spécialiste à l'inventaire pour soutenir ses opérations.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des stocks de pièces, en assurant la disponibilité des composantes nécessaires pour la production, les ventes ou les services techniques, tout en optimisant les niveaux de stock.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les niveaux de stocks de pièces industrielles dans l'entrepôt et/ou sur différents sites.
• Effectuer des audits réguliers d'inventaire et résoudre toute incohérence détectée.
• Utiliser un logiciel de gestion d'inventaire pour suivre les entrées, sorties et mouvements de pièces.
• Analyser les données d'inventaire pour anticiper les besoins, effectuer les réapprovisionnements et réduire les surplus.
• Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes d'achats, de production et de service technique.
• Gérer les commandes de pièces et assurer un suivi rigoureux des livraisons.
• Rédiger, mettre à jour et faire appliquer les procédures internes de gestion des stocks.
• Former et soutenir les collègues sur les outils et bonnes pratiques en gestion de l'inventaire.
• Effectuer des tâches administratives reliées aux achats et à la gestion de l'entrepôt.

Exigences :

• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion d'inventaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou manufacturier.
• Connaissance des pièces mécaniques ou industrielles (un atout majeur).
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Excel, logiciel de gestion d'inventaire (ERP).
• Excellente organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
• Bonnes aptitudes de communication en français et en anglais (écrit et oral), vous aurez à communiquer avec le bureau en Ontario

Atouts :

• Expérience avec QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Familiarité avec les pratiques de gestion Lean (kanban, juste-à-temps, etc.).
