À propos du poste :
Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste Principal(e) en Paie pour traiter la paie d'environ 4 000 employés à travers le Canada dans un environnement dynamique et à fort volume. Vous vous assurerez du traitement précis et ponctuel de la paie, gérerez les audits, résoudrez les problèmes de paie et fournirez un soutien de premier ordre aux employés. Si vous aimez travailler dans un rôle axé sur les détails et que vous avez de l'expérience avec des systèmes de paie comme ADP, nous serions ravis de vous entendre !

Ce que vous ferez :
  • Traiter, équilibrer et transmettre la paie pour des cycles de paiement hebdomadaires, bihebdomadaires et mensuels.

  • Gérer les tâches liées à la paie, notamment les nouvelles embauches, les cessations d'emploi, les primes, les saisies sur salaire, la rémunération des expatriés, etc.

  • S'assurer que les données de gestion du temps sont exactes et équilibrées avant le traitement de la paie.

  • Traiter les transactions fiscales et de grand livre tout en résolvant les écarts de paie.

  • Soutenir les rapprochements de la paie, les audits et assurer la conformité aux lois salariales fédérales, provinciales et territoriales.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs de services de paie pour résoudre les problèmes.

  • Aider à la formation du nouveau personnel de la paie et répondre aux demandes des employés.

  • Se tenir informé(e) des politiques de paie, des règlements RH et des meilleures pratiques.

Ce que nous recherchons :
  • 3 ans ou plus d'expérience en paie (expérience en multi-provinces et à volume élevé, un atout).

  • Solide connaissance de la paie canadienne et des réglementations fiscales associées.

  • Expérience avec ADP GlobalView ou un système de paie similaire.

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, Word et des outils de reporting de la paie.

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (obligatoire).

  • Excellentes compétences analytiques, souci du détail et capacité à gérer des informations confidentielles.

  • Attitude positive, esprit d'équipe et capacité d'adaptation au changement.

Atouts supplémentaires :
  • Diplôme en ressources humaines, comptabilité ou un domaine connexe.

  • Certification de l'Association canadienne de la paie (ACP) ou Praticien en conformité de la paie (PCP).

  • Expérience en traitement des saisies sur salaire.

 
About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to process payroll for approximately 4,000 employees across Canada in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, handle audits, troubleshoot payroll issues, and provide top-tier customer support to employees. If you thrive in a detail-oriented role and enjoy working with payroll systems like ADP, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
  • Process, balance, and transmit payroll for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly pay cycles.

  • Handle payroll-related tasks such as new hires, terminations, bonuses, wage garnishments, expatriate compensation, and more.

  • Ensure timekeeping data is accurate and balanced before payroll runs.

  • Process tax and general ledger transactions while troubleshooting any payroll discrepancies.

  • Support payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance with federal and provincial wage laws.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external payroll providers to resolve issues.

  • Assist with training new payroll staff and respond to employee inquiries.

  • Stay updated on payroll policies, HR regulations, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of payroll experience (multi-province and high-volume preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll and payroll tax regulations.

  • Experience with ADP GlobalView or similar payroll systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and payroll reporting tools.

  • Fluency in French & English (required).

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • A positive attitude, team-player mindset, and ability to adapt to change.

Bonus Points For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Canadian Payroll Associate (CPA) Certification or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP).

  • Experience processing wage garnishments.
