Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Hybrid role: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

- Track and monitor progress of PR à PO Process
- Follow-up with Procurement or Business Requester as needed
- Manage Sponsorship Agreements
- Works with internal partners to identify, collect, prioritize, process and track sponsorship opportunities.
- Secures Health Care Compliance approvals.
- Works with PO/Contract Coordinators to finalize sponsorship contracts and payment.
- Collaborates with external partners to provide program deliverables for live, hybrid and virtual events
- Works with internal partners to secure meeting staff, provide registrations and meeting details.
- Main point of contact (POC) for program managers throughout the entire sponsorship process
- Main POC for on-site symposium attendees; trouble shoot / problem solve any issues that arise
- Provides post conference follow-up for meeting summary and feedback.
- Processes Totality close-out and updates the Convention Summary log.
- PO & Invoice Reconciliations
- Resolve mismatch discrepancies
- Ensure payments released and PO closure
- Assist user base and finance teams with mismatch management and training
- Process Optimization
- Provide process improvement feedback to Procurement
- Help Procurement prioritize Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Purchase Orders
- Process purchase requisitions and request purchase orders with selected suppliers.
- Receive purchase information from business partners
- Utilize the eMP purchasing system to submit and process PRs resulting in POs.
- Systems Compatibility issues. Trouble shoot and work directly with the business requester and/or Procurement on issues regarding commodity codes, suppliers on approved/preferred supplier lists but not showing up in eMP, reactivating suppliers that are active in ARAVO but not in eMP. Systems issues, training and guidance.
- Receive information from business partners in order to submit PRs on their behalf
- Modify and manage purchase orders for the user base. This includes but are not limited to these activities: Check order status, modify quantities or due dates, receive and deliver products to team members, reassign PO owners, perform research, assist with error messages, cancel / close POs.
- Associates degree (preferably in Finance or Supply Chain), or equivalent years of experience in a related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 to 5+ years of customer-facing experience in procurement and/or finance.
- Previous experience working with external vendors or suppliers, ordering parts and/or services and utilizing a web-based procurement system (preferably Ariba, SAP, or ARAVO platforms). Prior experience with eMarketplace preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, V-lookups, macros) required.
- Must be technically savvy and be willing to learn and master web-based technology systems used in the procurement of goods and services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required to proactively identify and resolve issues.
