Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Sr. Vehicle Coordinator to work at one of the Big 3 in Dearborn, MI. Sound like something you're interested in? Pay Rate: $18.50 / hr

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

What's a typical day as Sr. Vehicle Coordinator? You'll be:
- Filling and processing procurement and service requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Coordinating and delivering vehicles to the correct department for disposition and managing vehicle disposal requests.
- Executing test plans provided by test planners and obtaining test agreement forms for vehicles on loan to Engineering for testing.
- Tracking all vehicle usage in the Fleet Management System and verifying that all users are properly signing out vehicles.
- Performing daily key audits and meeting vehicle budget glide paths while promoting and managing the sharing of vehicles.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma / GED 
- Bring 3-5 years of administrative/project management experience with strong computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
