Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a diligent and organized Stability Lab Coordinator to support the stability studies of Cosmetic and OTC formulations in the Research & Development Stability Department. This position plays a key role in coordinating stability reports, sample testing, and regulatory documentation while maintaining an efficient and organized lab environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external laboratories.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination and support for the stability study report
  • Assessing product appearance and function, assisting in sample scheduling and logging, screening and testing of samples, data preparation, and entry
  • Assist with regulatory aspects of the study protocol
  • Processing formulations for clients as directed by supervisor
  • Document activities in a lab notebook documentation including but not limited to formulation, procedure, specifications, stability data.
  • Operate laboratory equipment such a pH meter, viscometer, moisture analyzer
  • Assist with general lab keeping of instruments and inventory
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree required
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting (academic is acceptable)
  • Comfortable working in a laboratory setting
  • Must be comfortable lifting up to 25lbs occasionally
 
Schedule: M-F, 7:30AM-3PM
Duration: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21-22/hr
