Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Winston-Salem, NC (Onsite)
Salary: $80K–$98K + Bonus
Employment Type: Permanent

Job Description:
We're seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team and play a key role in keeping our finances accurate and efficient. This onsite, permanent role offers broad exposure to accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting across multiple entities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits

  • Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and clinical study site payments

  • Serve as backup for payroll processing and related functions

  • Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen internal controls

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3+ years of accounting experience, including payroll

  • Experience with Paylocity or Sage a plus

  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills, high attention to detail, and integrity
