Job Title: Staff Accountant (Accountant Support Role)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Position Overview A growing industrial organization in Lumberton, TX is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a multi-function support position. This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience and specialized knowledge of ComputerEase software. The candidate will contribute to daily operations and provide key support to the finance department during a transitional phase, with the potential to move into expanded financial management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily accounting support utilizing ComputerEase software.
- Assist with ongoing financial operations and support the transition of financial management duties.
- Perform a variety of accounting functions, including reconciliations, reporting, and account analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize and streamline accounting processes.
- Remain adaptable and responsive to evolving accounting tasks and team needs.
- Assist management in ensuring a seamless handover of responsibilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within an industrial or construction environment.
- Proficiency with ComputerEase software is required.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-function role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to long-term employment, with the potential for a permanent position.
