We have Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire opportunities available. If you are offered a Direct Hire position, you could be eligible for a $250 Sign-On Bonus & a $500 Referral Bonus!


Pay Information:

• 1st shift:  $19.64 per hour
• 2nd shift: $20.14 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Mon – Fri with mandatory overtime starting at 4:00 am
• 2nd, 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm, Mon – Fri with mandatory overtime working until 12:15 am
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays as required for mandatory overtime

What's a typical day as a High Reach Operator?

• Operating a Raymond Double High Reach Forklift to move products
• Ensuring products are shipped out in a timely and effective manner
• Using work orders to pick, pull (with RF Scan Gun), and prep products for shipment
• Processing, wrapping, and labeling pallets at ship prep station

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 6 months of experience operating a Stand-up High Reach Forklift
• Are detail-oriented, organized, process-driven, and have good verbal and written communication skills
• Can adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
• Have the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift boxes/products weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout your entire 8-10 hour shift
