First shift schedule: 4:30 AM – 3:10 PM, Monday through Thursday (3-day weekends!).

Performing structural assembly operations including drilling, riveting, sheet metal layout, fabrication, and installation of aircraft parts.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and sketches to determine rivet patterns, sequences, and materials.

Aligning, assembling, and forming complex angles/configurations using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and tools.

Ensuring assemblies are defect-free before final inspection and documenting work in logs/records (e.g., MIR sheets, DMTs, PCOs).

Safely handling adhesives, sealants, solvents, and disposing of waste materials per regulations.

Supporting Lean initiatives, 5S program, and shop equipment upkeep.

Collaborating with teammates and cross-shift teams for smooth workflow.

High School Diploma or GED.
-
At least 2 years of related structural assembly or sheet metal fabrication experience.

Ability to read/interpret blueprints and apply basic shop math.

Experience with hand/power tools such as riveting guns, pneumatic drills, countersinks, files, and reamers.

Familiarity with aircraft structures, fabrication processes, and composite resins.

Basic computer skills; experience with Solumina or SmarTeam a plus.

Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and flexibility to work any shift.

Valid driver's license.
