Hours/Pay:
$20.00/hour
Hours:  8:00am - 5:00pm  Overtime possible including weekends
Temporary  - May thru August

What's a typical day as an Inside/Outside Research Worker? You'll be:
• Collecting detailed data and managing data in outside environments
• Deploying and maintaining sensors in the field
• Collecting data from sensors
• Collecting plant samples from the field
• Assisting with weeding fields and staking research plots
• Conducting lab work associated with agricultural research
• Assisting with greenhouse experiments
• Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Reporting to the Research Supervisor
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are currently enrolled or recently graduated from postsecondary education
• Are 18 years or older
• Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have good communication skills
• Display a high degree of self-motivation
• Work well independently with minimal supervision
• Work well in a team environment
• Are willing to work outside for extended periods of time
• Can carry out processes with minimal supervision in a safe and responsible way
• Show up to work consistently on a daily basis
