Funciones principales:
- Recibir y verificar materiales, suministros, componentes de empaque, narcóticos y sustancias peligrosas; realizar inspecciones visuales, conteos y registros en sistemas de control de inventario.
- Mantener y generar transacciones en SAP, gestionar daños, faltantes y excesos siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
- Extraer muestras para análisis y reevaluación de materiales; almacenar según estatus y normas GMP; mantener áreas limpias y organizadas (incluye control de plagas).
- Transferir materiales entre almacén y líneas de producción; mantener actualizada y precisa la información en el sistema de inventario.
- Preparar materiales para envío y cargar camiones cumpliendo con procedimientos y normas GMP.
- Operar y dar mantenimiento a equipos de almacén (radios, montacargas, etc.).
- Manejar y disponer adecuadamente materiales rechazados o peligrosos según las regulaciones y procedimientos.
- Apoyar en la revisión de procedimientos y ejecución de planes diarios junto al supervisor del área.
Requisitos:
- Diploma de Escuela Superior con 5 años de experiencia en almacén en industria farmacéutica/biotecnológica/dispositivos médicos.
O - Grado Asociado o Bachillerato con mínimo 1 año de experiencia en entornos similares.
- Conocimientos en funciones de almacén (recepción, almacenamiento, inventario, despacho, envío, uso de montacargas y manejo de residuos).
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en operación de equipos de manejo de materiales.
- Dominio fluido de inglés y español (oral y escrito).
- Capacidad para leer, entender y seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales en ambos idiomas.
- Buenas habilidades matemáticas y manejo de computadora.
- Conocimiento de regulaciones gubernamentales, GMP y normas vigentes.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos, fines de semana y días feriados.
