About Us: We are a precision oncology company developing next-generation targeted radiation therapies- one of the most cutting-edge and highly promising areas of drug development and we are growing rapidly.

Scope:

  • Support of interdisciplinary Supply Chain Activities
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team, to execute Supply Chain processes and activities for investigational products(drug product and patient doses)
  • Logistics and Distribution
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of upstream materials, as well as Final Drug Products to Clinical Sites
  • Work with external CDMO's and 3PL's to ensure timely delivery of GMP products
  • Assist in sourcing of materials to support GMP manufacturing
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Track Shipments based on SLA's and material needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and update inventory management systems
  • Assist in Cycle Counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Support "Just-In-time" ordering of critical isotopes
  • Ensure Supply Chain activities comply with GxP, FDA, ISO and other regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and material certifications

 

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field with 0-2 years of experience
  • internships or Co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
  • Experience in a regulated environment (GMP, FDA, ISO, etc.) is a plus
  • Prior work in warehouse operations, purchasing, or logistics is beneficial

Skills and Abilities:

  • Detail Oriented - accuracy is crucial in biotech supply chain operations
  • Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot supply chain disruptions
  • Strong communication skills - working with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners
  • Adaptability and Time Management - balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills - Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint and Smartsheet
