Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Planner, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. In this individual contributor position, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Your expertise will help determine material requirements and coordinate the efficient movement of materials in collaboration with our purchasing, production, and engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent work environment and is eager to leverage their analytical skills to drive optimal supply chain processes.

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Hybrid in Mahwah, NJ
- Pay Rate: $37.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Utilize statistical methods and tools for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Provide data analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence to the supply planning team to drive planning opportunities, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular reviews and effective inventory control strategies.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment orders as necessary.
- Identify and implement process enhancements within the supply planning function to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track supply chain performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the supply chain.
- Proactively address supply chain challenges, providing solutions to mitigate risks and enhance service levels.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in decision-making.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and inventory control systems.
