Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $70,000
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (This position will require flexibility in the schedule, some weekends required)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Deerwood/Baymeadows area)

What's a typical day as Support Supervisor? You'll be:
• Directing the ongoing daily activities of the facility to ensure all operational functions are performed with the required levels of safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
• Managing all activities related to warehouse inventory management and product delivery to support manufacturing lines, including receiving, scanning, storing, picking, sorting, auditing, and delivering products.
• Ensuring compliance with all Kelly requirements, including safety, quality, and budget targets, while serving as the primary onsite customer contact and decision-maker.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5+ years in manufacturing or distribution and 3-5 years of managerial experience in a similar environment.
• Possess extensive knowledge of quality and efficiency programs, such as ISO, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skill proficiency (required).
• Have experience with computerized inventory and material control, and can work independently without direct management.
• Have proven people management experience of groups of 50 or greater.
