Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education Clearance Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implementing classroom duties as outlined in school district lesson plans and Kelly policies
- Leading instruction based on existing lesson plans
- Providing guidance on classroom topics/courses
- Fostering positive relationships with students
- Assigning reasonable tasks and homework
- Encouraging student participation and empowerment
- Creating an inclusive classroom environment tailored to student needs
- Adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Developing lesson plans and conducting assessments for long-term assignments, as needed
